It will assist you in every stage of your career to have powerful communication skills. This is true in the workplace in particular.

I worked personally with a number of leaders who were communication masters. Some were fantastic speakers who were able to say a great tale and engage everybody in the room. Those of us who attended would go back and feel inspired and willing to assist with what came next. Others were very able to share a definite direction and expectations of work.

I knew exactly what was expected of me and how my goals could be achieved. This was the basis of an energetic and vibrant role that I played. What I discovered is powerful communication skills that are extremely helpful and sometimes critical in how well we do the job.
