*Each individual insurance plan is different. Prior to your first session, it is your responsibility to consult your insurance company directly to determine your behavioral health benefits including deductibles and applicable co-pays. Your insurance company will inform you about whether your sessions will be covered, what percentage will be covered, and their procedures for reimbursement.

  • Coaching and counseling are both aimed at helping individuals, but distinctions do exist. Coaching focuses on particular objectives to address present issues. My role as a coach is to hold you accountable, motivate you, and introduce your life’s structure and skills. Coaching addresses a broad variety of top performance problems that can hold you back. Counseling has less pressure to reach specific goals in time and allows a journey into your life-past, present, and future. My function as a counselor in self-discovery is to reflect and guide you. Counseling addresses deeper emotional problems, connects them with present ideas, feelings, and behaviors, and enables healing through exploration.

  • In order to help achieve your treatment goals, appointment times are reserved for you. When you miss scheduled appointments, treatment efficacy is compromised. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to cancel. All sessions that are missed or not cancelled within a 24 hours notice will be charged to the client. It is the policy of Let's Talk 4 Health to charge $100 for missed appointments or appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

  • We offer a virtual office to make therapy more accessible and flexible in today’s rapidly changing world. If transportation barriers, scheduling conflicts, or health concerns make it difficult to accommodate in-person sessions, teletherapy may be right for you.

As long as you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to talk, you can meet with your therapist virtually, from the comfort of your home. Using private, confidential video conferencing software, you and your therapist will schedule an online session, then your therapist will send you a link to join the video call. When you click on the link, you’ll see your therapist appear on your screen, and your session will progress as it would in-person.
